Crime and Punishment director, Andrew O’Keefe, sat down with the University of Melbourne’s publication, MUUSE, for an interview regarding his soon to be released film.
The interview took place at the Victorian College of the Arts last week; ironically the setting for a number of scenes for the film. Furthermore, O’Keefe reveals that “there were around fifty graduates involved in the making of the film”.
In the interview, O’Keefe touched on his motivation for making the film along with a hint of plans for its release later this year, the 150th Anniversary of the original publication of Dostoevsky’s masterpiece.
